Company History

2009 Our company was founded and instantly engaged in conducting four property building projects during this year.

2012 With an accurate forecast of market trends, we shifted strategic focus to minor dwellings and achieved great success.

2012 We successfully engaged in mountainous and coastal LIFESTYLE markets to comply with new market trends.

2014 Terrace houses were targeted to attract a large amount of middle and low-income customers. At the same time, we entered the Special Housing Areas (SHA) in Auckland.

2015 Our construction and development area are more than 3000 square meters now. We currently have LBP site manager, designer and carpenters within our team.

Kern QIN - Managing Director Msc, BEng, Licenced (LBP) Designer and Site Manager

Kern has extensive experience in the NZ construction industry.And he worked as designer, construction managemer and building control officer in NZ and he has been involved in various residential and commercial projects.

John - Carpenter Bachelor, LBP Carpenter

John is a very experienced and licenced carpenter. He has around 8 years hands-on experience in the industry.
